How to pop Popcorn with a Popcorn Machine
Popcorn is great to use during a fund raising event or as a give-away at a trade show or promotion.
The machine is rented and the popcorn supplies and bags are bought. Popcorn usually comes in a pack with the popcorn seeds, oil and flavoring all ready to use. One Pack makes about seven servings.
The machine is easy to use, just turn on the kettle to heat it up, pour in the popcorn pack, close the lid and wait for the corn to pop. As popcorn accumulates in the bottom of the machine, bag it and store it in the machine. The heat lamp in the top and the heat element in the base will keep it warm.
Just make sure to turn the kettle heat off when no longer popping to keep any oils from burning and spoiling the flavor.
Plugs into any standard 20 amp outlet (with no other popcorn machines or coffee makers on the same circuit).
1) Turn the Kettle Heat switch “ON”.
WARNING: Keep Kettle (heat) switch “OFF” when not popping.
Typical Electric Specs: 120V/60 Cycle, 1325 watts per machine.

Additional Popcorn Information:
- About 20 batches of popcorn can be popped in an hour (140 servings).
- One batch takes about 3 minutes to pop after the kettle is heated.
- Popcorn bags should be pre-filled as the popcorn continues to be made and stored inside the machine. This will ensure there are servings available when needed. Make sure to keep the doors closed to keep the popcorn hot.
- The machine should be set up in a high traffic area near the front of the stand where people can see and smell it. This will help you to maximize sales.

Your instructions are great, but if you really want it to taste like theater popcorn you'll need coconut oil and flavacol. Trust me.
